Gluten Free Scanner helps users identify gluten in food products by scanning ingredient lists (using the device camera) and looking up barcodes (using the Open Food Facts public database). The app provides a gluten status assessment based on detected ingredients, allergen tags, and E-number classification data sourced from Coeliac UK and EFSA guidelines.
